1. Who we are

Leiamos is the controller of the data described in this policy. Our registered address is R. 62, n.º 20, 4500-363 Espinho, Portugal.

2. What data we collect on this site

None. Browsing leiamos.pt requires no account, leaves no cookies and feeds no traffic analytics service. Specifically:

• There is no sign-up or login anywhere on this site.
• We use no cookies — neither our own nor third-party ones.
• We use no Google Analytics or any other audience measurement tool.
• There is no advertising, no tracking pixels and no social buttons that talk to other platforms.
• Every file — images, videos, fonts — is served from this site itself. Your browser contacts no third-party domain to view these pages.

3. Cookies and browser storage

This site uses no cookies, so we do not ask for your consent to set any.

The site stores a single technical value in your browser’s session storage, called “tsr-scroll-restoration”. It only puts you back at the same point on a page when you use the back button. It identifies no one, never leaves your device, and is deleted when you close the tab.

4. When you contact us

If you email or call us, we receive whatever you choose to share — typically your name, your contact details and the content of your message.

We use that only to reply and follow up. We do not sell it, do not pass it to third parties for marketing, and do not use it to send you anything you did not ask for. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in answering those who reach out to us.

5. Game apps

The Leiamos game apps published on Google Play and the App Store collect, store and share no personal data. No account is needed to play, there is no advertising, they integrate no analytics tools or third-party ad networks, and game progress is stored on the device only.

The games are made for children from age 2 as support for learning to read, and are designed to be used alongside an adult.

The apps are free. Should any of them gain a paid version in the future, payment is processed by the corresponding app store, which is responsible for its own billing data.

6. Links to other sites

Some pages link to sites that are not ours — the Portuguese Directorate-General for Education, Google Play and the App Store, for instance. Once you follow such a link, that site’s privacy policy applies, and we have no control over it.

7. Your rights

The General Data Protection Regulation gives you the right to access your data, correct it, ask for it to be deleted, object to its processing and receive it in a portable format.

Since we collect nothing through browsing this site or through the apps, in practice we will only hold data about you if you have contacted us. In that case, writing to info@leiamos.pt is enough to exercise any of these rights. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Portuguese Data Protection Authority (CNPD).

8. Changes to this policy

If this policy changes — for example, if we add a members’ area or start using a measurement tool — the date at the top of the page is updated and the change is described here before it takes effect.
